Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is faulty upon arrival

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Refunds

If approved:

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.
